CONNECTING HEARTS AND HANDS
AND SUMMER CAMP.
On Saturday, May 5, we are hosting
a dinner, silent auction, and
talent show to raise funds
to send children sponsored by
the Hearts and Hands Ministry
to the Warren W. Willis United
Methodist camp this summer.
The food, talent and auction
items will all be donated so that
every single dollar raised can
be applied to camp fees for the
children. There will be a sit-down
dinner at 6:00pm in Friendship
Hall prepared and served by church
volunteers. The silent auction
is during the dinner. At 7:00pm,
the talent show will take place
in the sanctuary. The talent
show will be performed by church
members, as well! While admission
to the dinner and talent show
will be absolutely free, a love
offering will be collected during the
talent show. If you would like to
donate an item for the silent
auction or have a talent you
would like to share, please speak
with Frank and Linda Gonzalez,
our missions coordinators or
contact Janet Westlake in the
church office.
